The essay proposes a multiscalar and time-sensitive Weighted Networks Design methodology. Originally developed by the author as director of the Research Lab Non-Linear Solutions Unit at Columbia University, the WDN methodology has been implemented by the author herself in a series of multiscale case studies in the professional and academic environment along over the last 20 years.</p> ER -
